Outsite of my healing work, I'm a lover of my family and the outdoors. Nothing brings me more peace than tending to the plants in my home and spending time in nature. It's in those simple grounded moments that I find inspiration and renewal - and it's the same energy I bring into every session or ceremony I hold.
